Procedure NewHeading(NewHead:String;NewMode:TextFormats;
                         Forg,Patrn,PatClr:Word)

    This creates a new heading and displays it.

    Specify  the  string  to  display,  how  it  is  to be displayed, the
    forground colour and the background (pattern) colour and type.

    TextFormats is defined in Strings.
